WEDDING CARD

Good morning from a very wet and windy Fife.
Firstly thank you for all your lovely comments on my little baskets and gift bags. They are much  appreciated .    It's good to be back in a crafting mood.
Today I have a wedding card to show.

7x7 prefolded card as the base, Anna Marie pearl card was used for every thing.
Sue Wilson striplet die.
Heart felt creation Aster Die for the flower and leaves.
The boarder embossing folders are ones I bought but can't remember the names.
Pearls from stash.

A very simple card..

I was asked to wrapped two bottles of wine too.

A second marriage and no gifts wanted, but they enjoy their wine so I am sure they will enjoy drinking it.

Wrapped up in tartan tissue as the bride is from up here, but now lives in London.
They are meeting up this weekend with the group of music fans at the big
" Hard Rock Hell " concert. I expect the wine will be all gone ny the time they head home.

That's it for today. Thank you for calling in.

  1. Beautiful elegant card Hazel and will be a wonderful keepsake for the couple.
    Suiuper dies and design.
Yes we are having our concert later this month, a difficult but fabulous piece, African Sanctus and we have a group of drummers. The house will be bouncing with the music. The other piece is Missa Criolla, which is South American, Kate x

  2. A beautiful card Hazel, I love WOW die cards, so classy and perfect for a wedding. I have finally purchased a striplet die so watch this space!
The wine is beautifully wrapped too and I am sure they'll love it, although I think I'd want to leave it wrapped. (It's too nice to open!)

Good to have you back, hugs Erika. x

  14. So lovely to enjoy a beautiful work from you this evening. (love your 'baskets of wine' too!) A very nice way to give a 'no-gift' that will be enjoyed lots. Of course I love any card that has a SW die on it, but this one is very special & elegant. Love the way the striplet is combined with that gorgeous embossed design, and the pearly aster just was the perfect finishing touch. So good to see a post from you again. TFS & Hugs. Hope you get some good weather in Fife.

  17. I held an event here, and it couldn't have gone any smoother. An infinite list of food items were there at malibu wedding venues. Their staff and manager were excellent. As an event coordinator, they made my job extremely easy.
