ITS ALL IN THE SENTIMENT!!!

As my title says it's all in the " Sentiment" .   I bought this stamp from  Inkylicious when I went to the SECC last month.   I just decided  I wanted to use it  so I made this card.

Papers:- " The Works" these papers are 12x12 and they were selling at £3.   Can't seem to get them now.

Dies:- Sue Wilson Striplet Regal Die Set. (It cuts a dream) and Vinery finishing touches
                               California collection - San Francisco.
Heart felt creations poppy pose to make the not very good flower.  ( hate glue on my fingers)

Sentiment:- Inkylicious

Thank you for all your comments on my scrapbook page, as I said I must get back into it.   But it's just time.  As my sister Patricia would say "the time  Thief "has been busy.

I am off until a week Monday, which I am not sure what I will be doing?   It will all depend on the weather.  As for yourselves enjoy what you have planned and take care doing it.

  1. Brilliant, absolutely beautiful Sis, I love it.
That sentiment is wonderful, as is your floral arrangement.
You have made a great job making that Rose considering you don't like glue on your fingers.

  2. Hi Hazel
What a beautiful card. There is nothing at all wrong with your flower chuck. Looks fab to me. I keep resisting that Striplet but I may be going to CE in a couple of weeks and have to cave in. I have a similar sentiment I used on Mr D's valentine card. Yours is lovely.
Thanks for your encouraging words. It has been an uphill struggle this week but I'm hoping things will settle.
    Enjoy your time off.

  3. Hi Hazel this is absolutely stunning I love the design and the papers look great I will have to go and have a look in the works.
I'm sorry I've not been commenting much but I've no computer as my laptop as gone for repair and I'm having to use my phone. But I end up cross eyed when I've been on it too long.

  4. Hi Hazel,
Happy Easter and enjoy your week off. I'm certainly going to enjoy mine!
This is a gorgeous card, and the sentiment is so lovely. I've tried to get more of these papers but, as you say, the Works seem to have stopped stocking them.

  7. Hi Hazel. Hope you had a lovely Easter Sunday.
I must agree, the sentiment is beautiful as is the card, sorry to ask, but did you stamp and emboss that sentiment ? You've not been crafting for long I believe but if you've stamped and embossed that its brilliant, I hope I dont sound patronising Hazel but your stamping is brilliant.
Hope you have a lovely day.

  8. Steph. Thank you for you lovely comment. I did stamp my sentiment but not embossed, I have a heat gun and powders but you something it never entered my mind to do it. First time I have stamped a big stamp on the front of my cards, but I love the sentiment so much I just felt it had to take centre stage. Will have to look heat gun out for the future. Hazel x
